Trish Norton

Trish Norton serves as a Marketing Director and Closing Agent for Phenix Title Services in the Southern NH area, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving new business development and retention initiatives. With over nineteen years of experience in the Title field, Trish has established strong relationships with area Lenders and Realtors, solidifying her reputation as a trusted professional in the industry.

Before transitioning to the title business, Trish worked as a Real Estate Broker in the Derry, NH area, further enriching her understanding of the real estate market. Trish is actively involved in the real estate community and is a member of the Greater Manchester Nashua Board of Realtors and the Granite State South Board of Realtors. Her dedication to excellence has been recognized through receiving both boards’ Affiliate of the Year Awards. Additionally, Trish is a Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association of NH member and plays an active role in New Hampshire’s largest BNI Chapter, The Wolf Pack.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Trish is deeply committed to community service. She has served as an Incorporator of the Alexander Eastman Charitable Foundation and contributed to various charitable organizations.

Trish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Southern NH University, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
