Tina Curit is the Office Manager of Phenix Title Services in South Portland, Maine. She began her career with Granite Title in 1998 as a closing processor. After a hiatus to raise her children, she returned to Phenix Title in 2014. With her extensive experience in the Real Estate Industry, Tina has processed thousands of loans for residential and commercial purchase transactions, refinances, and relocation transactions. She has worked with nearly all lenders in the State of Maine and numerous real estate brokers, fostering long-lasting relationships with them. Tina also works closely with our closing processors and marketers on our closing transactions to ensure a positive closing experience for all parties involved. Originally from Northern Maine, Tina currently resides in Saco with her family. She finds joy in watching her son race prostocks at Oxford Plain Speedway and most racetracks in New Hampshire and along the East Coast and is an avid fan of the Boston Bruins. In her leisure time, Tina enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
