Sarah Broughton serves as Marketing Director and Closing Agent for Phenix Title Services, working out of their Auburn, Maine location. Sarah’s market expands through Western Maine and Maine’s Central and Mid-Coast areas. With 33 years of banking background, 17 of those last years serving as a Mortgage Loan Originator, Sarah brings a vast understanding of the needs of her Lending and Real Estate clients for a smooth and seamless closing experience.
Sarah is a Member of the Maine Association of Mortgage Professionals, an affiliate member of the Mountains to Shore Board of Realtors, a member of the Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce, a Treasurer for the non-profit Rumford Center Village Improvement Society, and a long-time supporter and member of United Plant Savers.
Sarah resides in Western Maine, where she enjoys gardening on her Hobby Farm, hiking, kayaking, studying natural plant medicine, and being involved in the preservation of a historic meetinghouse in her hometown.
