Patrick Afthim is a Marketing Director and Closing agent with Phenix Title and works out of the South Portland, Maine and Portsmouth, New Hampshire offices.
2025 marks 10 years since Patrick began his career in the title services industry! Patrick’s favorite part of working title is being at the closing table and is known to conduct a concise and often entertaining closing.
Patrick is a very active member of the Real Estate community in Southern Maine. He is currently a member of the York County Council of the Maine Association of Realtors where he recently served for three years as a trustee and was honored as the 2020 Affiliate of the Year. Patrick is also a member of the Greater Portland Board of Realtors where he served on the board as Affiliate Director, co-chaired and served on multiple committees and was honored as the 2017 Affiliate of the Year. Patrick also is a member of the Maine Association of Mortgage Professionals.
Patrick is an active member of his community volunteering time to local non profits and serves on the Board of Directors for the Frannie Peabody Center. Patrick resides in Portland, Maine.
