Noreen K. Cowdrey, Esq., joined Phenix Title Services in 2010 after working for 16 years in residential mortgage financing and 3 years in the real estate title sector. Noreen has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a passion for real estate conveyancing throughout her tenure.
Noreen holds undergraduate degrees in Paralegal Studies, U.S. History, and Legal Studies. In 2017, she earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the Massachusetts School of Law, where she distinguished herself by earning the Best SJC Appellate Brief Award and being named a semi-finalist in oral advocacy. Leveraging her expertise, Noreen has had the privilege of imparting her knowledge as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Law.
With a focus on conveyancing, Noreen brings extensive experience to her role, particularly in short sale transactions. Currently, she meticulously reviews titles and proposed final documents, contributing to both commercial and residential transactions.
Noreen is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar and the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar, reflecting her dedication to her profession and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of legal practice in the real estate field.
