Misty Kashmer has been with Phenix Title Services for ten years, covering both Maine and New Hampshire, with a primary focus on Southern Maine and the Seacoast New Hampshire regions.
With over twenty years in Title Services, Misty’s journey began as a Loan Processor and has led her to become an elite closing agent and marketing director for Phenix Title Services. She is detail-oriented, professional, and possesses a “can-do” attitude, which forms the backbone of the service she provides to her Realtor and Lender clientele.
Misty is an active member of the York County Council of Realtors, the Maine Association of Mortgage Professionals, and the Mortgage Bankers & Brokers Association of New Hampshire.
In her spare time, she enjoys sunset cruises with her husband Jon and traveling to visit their adult children and four grandchildren.
