Meghan L. Aalerud, Esq., serves as an Attorney for Aalerud and Vose Law Office, PC, based in our Wakefield, MA office. Prior to her current role, Meghan worked at Stewart Title of Northern New England, a Stewart Title Guaranty agent, from 1998 to 2006, serving as a title examiner and recording transactions in every Registry of Deeds in NH and MA. During her tenure, Meghan held the positions of Managing Attorney for the Woburn office and Office Manager and resident attorney for the Portsmouth NH office from 2006 to 2012.
In 2007, Meghan established Grugnale Law Office, LLC as the Massachusetts branch of Phenix Title Services, LLC, later renamed Aalerud & Vose Law Office PC. With a keen interest in real estate investment, Meghan entered the real estate investor scene in MA and NH in 2008. She has since been an active member and sponsor of various prominent MA meetups, groups, and associations. With more than 16 years of experience, Meghan specializes in completing complex investor transactions, including commercial bank and private hard money lender representation, back-to-back closings, seller financing transactions, assignment and wholesale transactions, short sale transactions, declaration and drafting of condominium documents in both NH and MA, lease-to-own transactions, foreclosure purchases and auction closings, and seller representation.
Meghan graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and received her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2006. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
