Lynne Paul serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Phenix Title Services, LLC. Prior to establishing Phenix, Lynne held the position of Executive Vice President at Stewart Title of Northern New England, where she oversaw business development and customer relations for clients in New Hampshire and Maine. Before her tenure at Stewart Title, Ms. Paul co-founded and served as Co-President of Summit Title Services, Inc., a residential real estate closing company based in New Hampshire and Maine.
With a career spanning back to 1986, Lynne possesses a wealth of experience in management, sales, and specialized customer service within the real estate industry. She received her B.A. from St. Anselm College in 1981 and earned her MBA from Southern NH University in 1999.
Active within professional associations, Ms. Paul is a member of the Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association of NH, The Maine Association of Mortgage Professionals, and the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors.
