Lynne Paul concludes an inspiring 40-year journey as the CEO of Phenix Title Services, leaving an indelible mark on the title industry in New Hampshire and Maine. Throughout her tenure, Lynne has fostered a vibrant business culture rooted in teamwork, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to delivering excellence in client service.
Her career in the title business began as a receptionist right after college, where her passion for the industry ignited. Over the years, Lynne pursued continuous learning and professional growth, transitioning through various roles, including processing, management and sales, where she truly excelled. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from the University of New Hampshire and a Master’s in Business from Southern New Hampshire University, enriching her expertise and leadership skills.
Before founding Phenix Title Services in 2005, Lynne co-founded Summit Title Services, where she served as co-president and played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and eventual sale. She later joined forces with Patrick J. Enright, Esq. as Vice President and Sales Manager of Stewart Title of Northern New England, contributing to its success.
Now, as a Founder of Phenix Title, Lynne steps back from day-to-day operations, reflecting on her legacy while looking forward to new adventures. She especially enjoyed identifying new talent, bringing out the best in her people, mentoring sales professionals, and hosting joyful semi-annual staff parties that celebrated accomplishments and fostered camaraderie.
In this next chapter, Lynne eagerly anticipates spending quality time with her growing family and close friends, cherishing the joys of life beyond her professional commitments.
