Originally from Minnesota, Attorney Litwinczak graduated with honors in her business undergraduate studies in Minnesota and obtained her law degree from Suffolk University School of Law. Born into a family with a background in real estate, with her father serving as a senior underwriter and real estate attorney at a national title insurance company, Kim brings a diligent work ethic and meticulous attention to detail to her practice.
With over 18 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate conveyancing, Attorney Litwinczak specializes in commercial real estate and land title matters. Her expertise extends to representing developers and investors in various real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, lease, disposition, and 1031 exchanges. She also represents institutional and private lenders in secured real estate lending, covering aspects such as permanent financing, construction lending, lines of credit, asset-based financing, and Small Business Administration Loans. Kim assists in structuring and documenting commercial real estate loans, drafting legal opinions, and negotiating loan-related documents.
