Kelly Kisiday serves as Marketing Director and Closing Agent for Phenix Title Services in the Southern NH area. After graduating from the University of Vermont in 2004 Kelly began her sales career in the Boston Area. In 2014 Kelly became a licensed New Hampshire Realtor and a member of the Greater Manchester Nashua Board of Realtors.
Kelly uses her strong real estate background to ensure her clients have a smooth transition to the closing table and beyond.
Kelly enjoys meeting new people and fostering existing relationships with buyers, sellers, and lenders. She handles all transactions professionally, staying on top of her clients needs,and with an extreme attention to detail. In her spare time Kelly enjoys traveling to warmer climates, preferably with beautiful beaches.
