Joyce Devereaux is the Manager of Aalerud & Vose Law Office, P.C., in our Wakefield, MA office. With over 20 years of experience in real estate conveyancing and title insurance, Joyce joined the firm in 2016 and works with our attorneys on commercial and residential real estate transactions. She also works closely with our paralegals, buyers, sellers, investors, lenders, and other attorneys. Her responsibilities include preparation for closing and management of the closing process. Joyce is also a Massachusetts Notary Public.
