Deborah Whitman is the Business Development/Marketing Director for Phenix Title in the Greater Bangor, Northern and Coastal areas of Maine. With a passion for accuracy and a commitment to excellence, Deb brings over 35 years of real estate title, real estate sales, and mortgage financing experience to this position. Having facilitated countless successful closings, Deb is skilled in navigating complex legal documents, helping resolve title issues, and providing clear, concise explanations to clients at every stage of the transaction. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or commercial developers, her priority is open communication, transparency, and integrity in all interactions.
Ms. Whitman is a current member of the Bangor Board of Realtors, Rotary Club of Bangor, Bangor Chamber of Commerce, and Secretary to the Bangor Lions Club. She also serves as Director for Maine Association of Mortgage Professionals (MAMP), Board Member for Maine HoMEworks and is on the Family Selection committee for Habitat for Humanity. She serves as a Board Member for the Town of Hermon, Maine Planning Board and is a Volunteer for the Town of Hermon local Ordinance Committee.
