Timothy G. Sheedy, Esq. brings over 30 years of legal experience to his practice, specializing in commercial and residential real estate law, corporate law, bankruptcy, zoning, and land use law. Tim’s extensive transactional background includes representing financial institutions, buyers, and sellers throughout all phases of real estate transactions. He excels in drafting essential legal documents such as Purchase and Sales Agreements, leases, deeds, contracts, loan documents, and conducting meticulous title reviews to ensure seamless closings.
Beyond real estate, Tim serves as corporate counsel to numerous corporations and limited liability companies, offering comprehensive services ranging from entity formation and restructuring to drafting shareholder/member agreements, bylaws, contracts, leases, and sales agreements.
Tim earned both a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science and a Masters degree in History from the University of Scranton in 1990. He continued his academic journey, obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Northeastern School of Law in 1993.
Active in his community, Tim is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and has contributed his expertise to several nonprofit boards. He resides with his family in Manchester, NH.
